Book a convenient time and date for an initial conversation with our Admissions Director, Mr Adrian Gifford.  On this initial call we will have a conversation to discover if we’re a good fit for your child.   If that’s the case, we can check the availability in the particular year group (especially Pre-School, where demand can be high). We will then send you information and a registration form.

To learn more about our school, please request a prospectus.

Arrange to visit Ashbrooke House School & Pre-School for a personal tour to discuss all aspects of school life, the atmosphere and ethos of the school. You will be able to experience the school during a normal working day.

Complete the registration form and pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50.   Registration is an indication of interest and not a guarantee of a place. Places at Ashbrooke House School & Pre-school are much sought after, particularly the pre-school where we have limited places available. Places get booked up quickly, so we recommend completing the registration form as soon as possible.

Once we have received your Registration Form, we will send out a formal offer of acceptance of a place (subject to availability).  The place is held for 14 days, after which time the place may be offered to another family.

Entry is confirmed when the Acceptance Form is returned together with a £250 deposit, which is refundable when your child leaves Ashbrooke House School & Pre-School, providing all fees and other bills have been cleared.

Taster Sessions and Settling In

Shortly before your child joins Ashbrooke House & Pre-school, we will contact you to arrange a taster session where your child can meet their new teacher and classmates (length of session depends on the age of the child).  This is to help them become familiar to their surroundings and environment.
