2019-20 Termly Fees
The school maintain the fees at a level which is lower than any other local independent school in the area which delivers exceptional value.
Fees include all normal curricular trips and excursions (non-residential), craft and cookery materials, sports including tennis & swimming, and all associated transport.
The current fees are effective from September 2020 and are reviewed annually.
Pre-School £25 per session (am or pm) (15 & 30 hrs accepted)
Ash Class £2050 per term
Beech Class £2150 per term
Maple Class £2250 per term
Oak Class £2350 per term
All fees are charged per term and are payable in advance, on or before the first day of each term. There are three terms in each academic year. We can also able to take card payments.
A 10% discount is given to children who already have one sibling at the school and will be deducted from the lowest fee at that time. The discount will only be applicable as long as all qualifying children from that family remain at the school.
Willow (Pre-School) and Ash Class (Reception)
Early Years Funding (where eligible) both 15 and 30 hours is available up to the end of the term in which your child turns 5. For Ash Class, this will be deducted from the termly fees.
Personal accident is included in the termly fee - (all children in the school are covered). School Fees Protection is optional, this insurance protects against absence through sickness or injury. Please ask for a leaflet.
Before/After School Supervision
Ashbrooke House School & Pre-School offers an After-School Club. This operates from Monday to Friday between the hours of 3.30pm and 6.00pm.
The fee is £2.50 per half hour, with a late charge payable past 6.00pm. The After-School Club is payable at the start of each new term, in arrears.
Parents do not need to book this service in advance, but a member of staff must be notified when their child is dropped off at school.
From 7.45 – 8.30am £3.50 per day including breakfast.
We are delighted to offer children the ability to take extra lessons in the following subjects:
Speech and Drama
At Ashbrooke House School & Pre-School we are continually looking at ways of developing the skills and activities of children in our care. The above list is based on current interest and can be expanded upon as required.
Refund of Fees
No refund of fees is made due to closure of the school because of inclement weather or outbreak of contagious disease. A refund due to absence through sickness is only made if a pupil is covered by the School Fees Protection Scheme.
If a pupil is withdrawn from the School, a term’s notice, in writing, must be given to the Headteacher. Failure to do so will result in a term’s fees being charged.
